We stayed there one night. Fantastic place. Optimum choice for exploring Mantova. Central, quiet, wonderful view from our matrimonial room, great interior design, top service. The breakfast typical italian mainly sweet, vegan is a problem, if you need anything additional it has to be requested a day before. Still ... one of the most beautiful places around at a very reasonable price. Absolutely recommendable
Very bad customer care and due to major issues not Able to come but the hotel still wanted to get money. Very very sad
Excellent location in the historic center of Mantua. Large room with equally large bathroom. Double window on two sides, one of the two overlooked the central street.
Possibility to adjust the temperature inside both the room and the bathroom as desired. Mini fridge available.
Good breakfast... not very abundant but varied enough and more than enough for my habits.
The code for entering the hotel independently at any time is very practical.
Clean environments.
I would say excellent accommodation considering the two stars.
The owner very nice and helpful.
If I return to Mantua I will consider it again
Quite comfortable and above all spacious room, equipped with intelligent heating. Courteous welcome, or rather: very courteous.
The only flaw of the hotel, and not a small one, breakfast is poor in quality of products and choice. Sin.
I was stunned - while I was negotiating with them (they let me know that the room is there and I asked for further information on the price without breakfast) they replied that in the meantime they had already given the room in question away. I work in tourism, we are regular customers of this hotel and I have also sent friends to sleep there - SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME!!!! They reply to me that the others had an extra night (... and... might as well lose a loyal customer with whom we are talking?). COMPLIMENTS! YOU WILL NOT SEE US ANYMORE!
